Wrinkles on Face
As we age, various types of wrinkles start appearing on our face. Few of them appears dynamically on expression while others are static. Dynamic wrinkles (that appears of facial expression like smile, laugh, frowning etc) are very common on upper third of face, while others usually appear on lower two third of face.
How Wrinkles are Developed on Face?
As explained above, we have mainly two types of wrinkles on face : dynamic wrinkles & static wrinkles. Dynamic wrinkles are formed by facial muscles, due to repetitive use during facial expressions. So the person who smiles a lot, will have more crow feet wrinkles on sides of eyes, for the same reason. Static wrinkles & fine lines are due to structural changes in skin and surrounding tissue such as subcutaneous fat and connective tissue.
