Vitamin D3 is synthesized naturally in our body when sunlight hits our skin. Apart from this natural Vitamin D production there are certain foods that can provide Vitamin D to our body -

  • Fatty fish such as salmon, tuna, and mackerel

  • Cod liver oil

  • Egg yolks

  • Fortified foods such as milk, orange juice, and cereal

Rich Sources of Calcium:

  • Dairy products such as milk, yogurt, and cheese

  • Leafy green vegetables such as kale, broccoli, and spinach

  • Fortified foods such as cereal and juice

  • Tofu made with calcium sulfate

Rich Sources of Vitamin B12:

  • Animal products such as meat, poultry, fish, and eggs

  • Dairy products such as milk, yogurt, and cheese

  • Fortified foods such as breakfast cereals and plant-based milk alternatives

  • Nutritional yeast

Rich Sources of Iron:

  • Red meat such as beef and lamb

  • Poultry such as chicken and turkey

  • Seafood such as clams and oysters
